I have forgotten my password.
How can I change it?
Answer:
If you have forgotten your password, give us
a call and we will be more than happy to reissue you a new one. Please
note that, for security purposes, verification of your billing
information will be required before any changes are made to your
account. Also, because of the security setup of our network, we
have no way to tell what your current password is. We cannot look
it up, we can only reset it to something new.
